The DVDs sold on this site are not commercially sold and are unofficial releases, not copies of original DVDs. They are concerts that do not exist in store bought commerical releases. The items offered on this site are TV broadcast transmissions from different countries, concerts fon VHS format that has never had an official DVD release or concerts recorded by fans from the audience. All items on this site are for collectors looking to supplement their collection with items in addition to official releases. These are not intended to replace official releases and if anything on this site sees an official release, it is promptly removed from the site.

Shipping Information:

Most orders ship within a couple of days, depending on order volume. Please allow 7-10 days for international orders. If you don't receive your order within a reasonable amount of time, (two weeks for US orders, three weeks for international) please notify us so we can investigate. Unless we hear from you, we assume you received your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All items are guaranteed to be to your satisfaction, no questions asked. All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days. After that point, the processor deletes your credit card information for your security, and refunds are no longer available. I never see your credit card information, that is kept private by the processor, for your protection and ours.
